Check and replacement of electromagnetic valves of management of blocking

Electromagnetic valve of management of blocking

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disunite the electric socket of assembly of the electromagnetic valve of management of blocking (see an accompanying illustration).

2. Measure resistance between each of socket plugs (from the valve) and weight. Compare results of measurements to requirements of Specifications. In case of need replace assembly of the valve.
3. Serially connect each of socket plugs to a positive pole of the battery, – distinctly heard click accompanying operation of each of valves has to sound. If the click is not heard, it is necessary to drive away the car on car repair shop for performing full-scale diagnostics of ESM and contours of electromagnetic valves.

Electromagnetic valve of management of gear shifting blocking

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disunite the electric socket of the electromagnetic valve of management of gear shifting blocking (see an accompanying illustration).

2. Measure resistance between each of socket plugs (from the valve) and weight. Compare results of measurements to requirements of Specifications. In case of need replace assembly of the valve.
3. Serially connect each of socket plugs to a positive pole of the battery, – distinctly heard click accompanying operation of each of valves has to sound. If the click is not heard, it is necessary to drive away the car on car repair shop for performing full-scale diagnostics of ESM and contours of electromagnetic valves.

Replacement

It is not possible to make replacement of only one of electromagnetic valves in an individual order. All valvate assembly (the valve of management of blocking and the valve of management of gear shifting blocking) is subject to replacement.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Give fixing bolts and remove valvate assembly (see an accompanying illustration).

2. Carefully wipe the interfaced surfaces and clean maslotok.
3. Replace sealing laying and establish new valvate assembly on the regular place. Tighten fixing bolts with the required effort.
4. Check the electric socket for existence of signs of pollution and oxidation, in case of need clean and again connect.
5. Check serviceability of functioning of electromagnetic valves of management (see above).
