Check of serviceability of functioning and replacement of a horn of a horn

Check

First of all always check a condition of a safety lock.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect an electrical wiring from a horn horn.
2. For check of serviceability of functioning of a horn give battery tension on one of its plugs. Ground the second plug (use wires crossing points). If the horn does not publish a sound signal, replace it.

3. At correct sounding of a horn check presence of tension on the horn socket at the squeezed-out button of management (see an accompanying illustration). If tension takes place, check a condition of grounding.

4. If tension is absent, check the relay (see the Relay - the general information and check of serviceability of functioning).
5. If the relay as it should be, check serviceability of giving of food for the power relay. Also check giving of food for a contour of management. At violation of giving of food in any of contours check a condition of an electrical wiring on the site of a chain between the relay and the assembly block of safety locks.
6. If tension regularly moves in contours of both relays, press the button of a horn and check conductivity of the switch for weight. In the absence of conductivity check a contour for break. If a chain as it should be, replace the horn switch.
7. In the absence of conductivity of the switch check for break and short circuit a chain on the site between the relay and the switch.

Replacement

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. For the purpose of ensuring access to a horn remove a loker of the left forward wheel (see the Head Kuzov).

2. Disunite electric sockets and turn out a bolt of a fixing arm (see an accompanying illustration).

3. Installation is made upside-down.
